Director of Innovation – Innecto Reward ConsultingSince joining Innecto in 2010, Sarah has delivered multiple Reward projects for high-profile clients including Waterstones, UCAS, Bristol Airport, Mitie Group, Les Ambassadeurs Club, and the National Trust.
Sarah has an extensive knowledge of international Reward and has the experience and drive to deliver high impact Reward practices for her clients, many of whom choose to work with Sarah and Innecto time after time.
As well as her consultancy work, Sarah provides a key link between the corporate and client-facing sides of the business through her role as Director of Business Innovation. In recent years she has spearheaded the development of Innecto Digital, building up our suite of market-leading digital products.
Sarah has over two decades of experience within Reward Management, HR and Business Management Consultancy. She has honed key transferable skills, such as programme management, business analysis, client relationship management, change management and communication, which she considers imperative to the design and/or delivery of any Reward initiative.
She has worked in-house for various companies within the energy, financial services and telecommunications sectors – Nationwide Building Society, EDF, Jardine Lloyd Thompson, and Cable & Wireless.
