QCG was founded in 2000 and grew quickly to become a leading reward and employee experience consultancy supporting a wide range of public, not-for-profit and private sector organisations
We build close, long-term relationships with our clients, understanding their business and priorities. We work in partnership with our clients to get to the cause of issues to deliver effective results – often over a number of years.
We don’t just aim to please clients, our goal is to “super-please” them.

Although the bulk of our work is in reward, we combine this with projects in other areas covering the employee experience such as performance management, Employee Value Proposition, and employee communications.
We are nimble and benefit from being able to act fast to make sure our products and services are responding to the needs of the market. This is reflected in new service lines being developed in areas such as Employee Value Proposition (EVP), specialist training and targeted surveys.
Our team, while small, is diverse, with different generations, nationalities – and personalities! – represented. We challenge each other and work together towards great outcomes for clients.
We all have a big impact on the business and everyone is expected to contribute, with a clear understanding that in order to do our best, a healthy balance of work and play is very important. This means working hard, while enjoying ourselves at work and having time for family and friends too.
