New Business Development Director
Location: Home based with expectation of attending office when required
Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE, plus 20% bonus
Contract Type: Permanent, full time 37.5 hours pw
Role Objective:
We are looking for a results driven New Business Development Director that can provide a B2B selling experience, you will be driving our benefits platform, Hapi revenue through the acquisition of new clients.
A pivotal senior role throughout the business as one of the key contributors to the development and success of the broader business. You will be generating new leads using your strong skill sets and proven track record in closing new large corporate clients via networking, sector specific marketing and cold prospecting.
You will also be maintain a sales pipeline and managing the sales process including contract negotiations and successful implementation.
This role will be right for you if:
If you have a strong evidential background in hitting targets and achieving KPI’s in a B2B new business sales role and executing sales management duties including; lead generation, networking and pipeline building for business development purposes.
Experience in obtaining and developing large client relationships and the ability to negotiate with and present to Board Level stakeholders will be essential for the role.
Due to the nature of the role you will need to be able to hit the ground running and have excellent knowledge and a background in Employee Benefits and Rewards.
