Job Title: Bid Writer
Location: Home based with expectation of attending office when required
Salary: Up to £46,000
Contract Type: Permanent, full time 37.5 hours pw

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that excels in a team environment, that thrives with new challenges, is super organised and can work to tight deadlines.
Role objective:
This is an interesting and varied role working really closely with our Sales Team to develop and curate compelling bids and developing winning themes ensuring that our proposals stand out!
You will be responsible for managing and producing high quality proposals and creating highly customised bid response documents for customers (including RFIs, RFPs, Executive Summaries)
This role will see you proactively supporting and leading in the creation of ad-hoc sales materials and supporting documents, owning and managing our database of pre-written strategic, technical and operational bid content.
This role will be right for you if:
You have an eye for detail and love to improve processes. A positive, upbeat & resilient personality is key, while having the ability to perform well under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
It is essential that you have knowledge and experience in tender proposal planning, writing, review and delivery with a track record of winning proposals within highly competitive markets.
In order to carry out the work you will need proficient written & verbal communication skills with excellent Adobe design suite & Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Experience in Employee Benefit services and CRM tools, such as Salesforce is desirable, but not essential.
