Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Contract Type: Permanent, full time 37.5 hours pw

Role Objective:
Responsible for leading and executing all of our out-bound activity. You will be helping to define our target audience segments and the platforms that will enable us to reach and attract our audience through scalable cost-efficient solutions. this will generate new client leads that will scale-up the group and fulfil our growth ambition of £15m to £20m EBITDA.
Using a combination of out-bound channels you will work with partners and sponsors to design the first element of our client experience – attract. The incumbent will work cross functionally with their marketing colleagues to build a joined-up client experience that demonstrates how our organisation solves client’s problems using the attract, engage and delight model.
You will help to devise and deliver the out-bound lead generation activity for all business units that sit within the Personal Group family. Activity will be predominantly focused at the ‘top of funnel’ to drive awareness and secure leads that will flow into our lead generation model to achieve the commercial objectives of the overall organisation.
A key part of this role will be to help the business commercialise our marketing approach and ensuring that qualified traffic scoring, lead generation tracking, and effective measurements are in place. Specific focus is required in helping sales understand the role they play and message they should deliver to support the campaigns and delivering sales enablement tools that help to unite both sales and marketing.
This role will be right for you if you are:
- Level 6 marketing qualification is desirable, or equivalent experience
- Experienced (+5 years) in out-bound channels and the formulation of top of funnel activity to drive awareness and attract leads from new clients.
- able to mine and interpret data and insight to identify what truly matters most to our clients
- able to build distinctive messaging and identify suitable platforms that delivers cut through and resonates with our audience
- data driven and proficient in the use of CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot to integrate outbound lead generation into our inbound activity
- experienced in working with partners and sponsorship programs on activation to deliver leads through commercially effective activity
- able to decipher complex business structures and articulate simple messages that convey our brand narrative, culture and values or business strategy
- a strong storyteller and copy writer, able to build a meaningful narrative that conveys our message to multiple audiences
- experienced in working with agencies to deliver effective work, on message, on-time and within budget
- in possession of excellent influencing skills, able to win trust and support from colleagues in multiple functions across the organisation
- a natural team player, willing and able to work with colleagues in marketing and across the business to deliver integrated activity to create a seamless client experience
- actively seeking to deliver client focused activity that may challenge convention within the organisation and deliver greater simplicity and effectiveness
- naturally curious, passion for insights and data with a commercially driven approach that seeks new opportunities to win business and put marketing at the centre of the organisation
