I've been with Personal Group for five years, having previously worked in Sales, Purchasing, Quality and Training, and even as a swimming instructor!

I've progressed through successive roles in the company, growing my experience and skillset into my current role leading a team in Training & Compliance. I'm passionate about learning and development for people and like to bring a fresh approach to Training with lots of great ideas to make our Sales and Insurance teams the best they can be. My team focuses on delivering support and guidance as part of a regulated business so that Personal Group can deliver great service to our customers.
